Antonio G. Ignacio II is an accomplished operations consultant and former U.S. Army Infantry Officer with over two decades of leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence across Fortune 100 companies and high-growth businesses.
Antonio focuses on helping small and mid-sized companies streamline operations, scale efficiently, and build high-performing teams. His leadership style is inclusive and values-driven, emphasizing team empowerment, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Most recently, Antonio served as Director of Materials Management at Honeywell Aerospace, where he led global planning and production scheduling for a $400M+ defense operation. He was responsible for driving performance across complex supply chains, optimizing production processes, and ensuring on-time delivery for mission-critical programs.
Prior to Honeywell, Antonio spent 14 years with General Electric (GE), holding a variety of senior leadership roles, including Manager of Shop Operations, Materials Leader, and Operations Leader. At GE, he led cross-functional teams of over 100 employees and managed logistics, planning, inventory, and security functions for a $100M business unit. He later transitioned to GE Aviation, where he oversaw the materials management and internal quality teams.
Antonio began his corporate career at Frito-Lay (PepsiCo), where he supported both the Manufacturing and Shipping & Distribution teams in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Before entering the private sector, Antonio served in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Officer with the 10th Mountain Division, 4-31 Infantry Regiment “Polar Bears.” He was honorably discharged at the rank of Captain.
Antonio is also the author of The Point and the Lesson, a leadership development book focused on building leaders of character who empower others and deliver results. Antonio holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Class of 1999.
